Standards of quality
Tested daily, in house, and assessed by a third party.
S. Morris Ltd operates a quality system in accordance with ISO 9001, which is regularly assessed by a third party.
Our full time in-house technical department tests both our raw materials and our finished products on a daily basis, to ensure you get a quality product which meets current national standards.

What each standard covers
- Ready mixed concrete is provided to British Standard BS EN 206-1 and BS 8500-2.
- Screed is provided to BS EN 13813.
- Concrete blocks are supplied in accordance with EN 771-3 and conform to CE marking.
- We run an environmental management system to ISO 14001.
Getting hold of the documentation
Data sheets, mix designs, declarations of performance and COSHH information are available on request for everything we make. Nothing is behind a login — ring the plant or use the quote drawer and we will send them.
Specifying a mix? If you are not certain what you need, tell us what the concrete is going into and how it will be finished, and our technical team will specify the mix, the slump and the delivery method.
